You cannot sign in to crisp
What each sign-in message means, and what to do when your password does not work, a link has expired, or you have to wait.

| That email and password do not match. | Check both for typing mistakes. If you signed up with GitHub, use Sign in with GitHub instead. Otherwise reset your password. |
| Too many attempts. Wait a few minutes, then try again. | crisp limits attempts to protect your account. Wait a few minutes before you try again. |
| This reset link has expired or was already used. | A reset link works once, for 30 minutes. Ask for a new one on the sign-in page. |
| An account already uses this email. | You already have an account. Sign in instead, or reset your password. |
| GitHub declined that sign-in. | You cancelled on GitHub, or GitHub refused. Try again and press Authorize on GitHub. |
The confirmation email did not arrive#
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Sign in and press Send the link again on your dashboard.
- Make sure the address on your dashboard is correct. If it has a typing mistake, sign up again with the right address.
There is no Forgot password link#
If you do not see Forgot password? on the sign-in page, password reset by email is not available right now. Write to us through the contact form and give the email address of your account.
