The preview does not load
If the preview stays blank, shows an error or does not change, reload it, wait for it to wake up, open it in a new tab, or ask crisp to fix it.

On this page
Try these first#
- Press Reload in the bar above the preview.
- If the preview says Waking your app, wait a few seconds. Your app sleeps when nobody uses it and wakes up when you open it.
- Press Open in a new tab to see the app on its own. If it works there, the problem is only in the preview frame.
- Check the end of the chat. If the last build failed, the app may be in a broken state. See A build stopped or failed.
The app is not responding#
This message means your app stopped running. Press Reload once. If it stays, ask crisp in the chat: "The preview says the app is not responding. Please fix it." crisp can read the app's error log and restart it.
The preview shows an old version#
The preview reloads by itself after each build. If you still see an old version, press Reload. If you edited a file in the Code tab, check that you saved it.
A page shows an error#
Copy the error message, note the page in the path bar, and send both to crisp. See Write good prompts.
Sign-in in your app does not work in the preview#
Some browsers block sign-in inside a frame. Press Open in a new tab and sign in there.
