Your crisp account

Ways to sign in#

• GitHub. Press Sign up with GitHub or Sign in with GitHub. crisp reads your public profile and your email address. It does not touch your repositories unless you export a project to GitHub.
• Email and password. Your password needs at least 10 characters. Your name is optional.

You can use both. If you sign in with GitHub later, and your GitHub account has the same confirmed email address, it joins your existing crisp account.

Confirm your email address#

When you sign up with an email address, crisp sends you a link. Open it to confirm your address. Your free monthly usage starts when you do. The link works for 7 days. If you did not get it, press Send the link again on your dashboard, and check your spam folder.

Reset your password#

1. 1 On the sign-in page, press Forgot password?
2. 2 Enter the email address you signed up with.
3. 3 Open the email and click the link. It works once, for 30 minutes.
4. 4 Choose a new password. You are signed in.

The account menu#

In the top corner of your dashboard, open the account menu to go to Billing or to Sign out.

Delete your account#

To delete your account and everything in it, write to us through the contact form. Use the email address of your account. Delete the projects you want gone first, if you like: see Manage your projects.
