A custom CRM that follows how your team sells.

Big CRMs ask you to change how you work and pay per seat for features you never open. Describe your stages, the details you track and who sees what, and Crisp builds a CRM with exactly that, which you can change by asking.

No credit card required.

One prompt: a sales pipeline for a small agency.

What you write
A CRM for our design agency. Companies and their contacts, deals with a value and a stage (lead, talking, proposal sent, won, lost), and a board where we drag deals between stages. Each deal has notes and a next step with a date. Show me the total value of open deals. Only admins can delete.
Build this example

What Crisp builds from it

  • Companies, contacts and deals in a database, with sample records to try
  • A board of deals by stage that you can drag between columns
  • A page per deal with notes and the next step
  • A summary of open deal value at the top
  • Sign-in for the team, with an admin role that can delete

Then it opens the app in a real browser, tests it, and fixes what fails before it says it is done. How a build works.

Small enough to fit, yours to change.

A CRM is mostly a few lists and the rules between them. When Crisp builds it for your process, there are no fields you never fill in and no seat price for each new colleague. Need a new stage or a new report next month? Ask for it.

How it works.

  1. Step 1

    Describe it

Write what you want in plain words: who uses it, what they do, and what matters most.

  2. Step 2

    Watch it being built

A first look appears within about half a minute. Then the data, the forms and the other pages, each one tested.

  3. Step 3

    Publish it

Give it its own address when you are happy with it. Keep improving it; people see changes when you publish again.

What you get.

Good to know before you start.

  • Crisp does not import your old CRM by itself. Ask for an import page for your file format and check the result with a small file first.
  • Crisp does not read your mailbox. Connections to email or calendar services need their own API keys.
  • For a CRM that holds personal data, read the security check report and decide who can see what before you invite the team.

Questions.

Is it a real CRM or a spreadsheet?

A real web app with a database, sign-in and pages for each record. It works on phones and in the browser.

Do I pay per user?

No. Crisp charges for the AI usage that builds and changes your app, not per person who uses it. See the pricing page for the plans.

Can I add a field later?

Yes. Ask for it, for example "add a source field to deals with the options referral, website and event". Crisp changes the data and the pages together.

Can I move it somewhere else later?

Yes. The code is yours. Copy it to GitHub and run it anywhere.
